When you arrive at Universal Hospital, our dedicated staff at the reception will guide you through the admissions process. Please have your identification, insurance information, and any relevant medical documents ready for a smooth check-in.
 

Our team of experienced healthcare professionals is here to support you throughout your stay. Your care team may include doctors, nurses, specialists, and support staff. Don’t hesitate to ask questions or seek assistance at any time.

Our patient rooms are designed for your comfort and healing. Each room is equipped with modern amenities, including an adjustable bed, TV, and a private bathroom. Please let the nursing staff know if you need any additional assistance or have specific preferences.

Our dietary services team ensures that you receive nutritious and delicious meals during your stay. If you have dietary restrictions or preferences, please inform the nursing staff or the dietary services team.

We understand the importance of having loved ones by your side. Check our visiting hours, and please inform your family and friends about our guidelines to ensure a positive and comfortable visitation experience.

 

Morning Time: 11 AM to 1 PM

Evening Time: 4 PM to 6 PM

If you have questions about any medical services or procedures scheduled during your stay, our healthcare team is here to provide detailed information and address any concerns you may have.

Stay informed about your treatment plan and progress. Our staff will regularly update you on your medical condition and treatment options. Feel free to discuss.

As you near the end of your hospital stay, our discharge planning team will work with you to ensure a smooth transition. You’ll receive instructions for post-hospital care, prescriptions, and follow-up appointments.

Patient Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about your medical history, including medications, allergies, and lifestyle factors.
  • Follow the treatment plan and medical advice healthcare professionals provide and inform them of any difficulties or concerns.
  • Treat healthcare professionals, staff, and patients respectfully and courteously.
  • Adhere to the hospital’s rules and policies, including visiting hours, noise levels, and smoking.
  • Take responsibility for understanding and meeting your financial obligations related to medical care, insurance, and other expenses.
  • Follow safety guidelines and report any concerns about safety or security to hospital staff.
  • Communicate openly with healthcare providers, ask questions, and express any concerns you may have about your care.
